	Dear planners, organizers, and business partners,

	Warm greetings from everyone on the Business Events Tokyo Team. We are delighted to inform you that we had a very productive summer which saw the hosting of various business events in Tokyo and we look forward to the various events planned for the rest of the year.

	Meanwhile, autumn has come to Tokyo, bringing an end to the summer heat and ushering in our famous autumn colors which the locals enjoy in our many beautiful parks and gardens.

	Reservations are now available for the Takanawa Gateway Convention Center Opening in 2025!

	We are delighted to announce that reservations are now open for the TAKANAWA GATEWAY Convention Center opening in 2025. This cutting-edge convention facility in the Shinagawa area is in the state-of-the-art sustainably certified LINKPILLAR 1 Tower. The facility has 3 conference halls, the highlight of which is the LINKPILLAR Hall with 1,640sqm of event space and a modern, pillarless design.

	TAKANAWA GATEWAY Convention Center is conveniently connected to Takanawa Gateway Station. The area surrounding the station known as TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY was designed to connect people, nature, and technology as a model for future city development and is a haven for area-wide business events.
