TMG launches the Unique Venue Service Center “Tokyo Unique Venues”!!

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG), together with the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB), is promoting the use of designated unique venues in Tokyo for MICE* activities, such as meetings, events, and receptions. These facilities include local art museums, parks, and other interesting spaces with unique appeal.

As part of these efforts, TMG and TCVB have established the unique venue service center “Tokyo Unique Venues” within TCVB to provide comprehensive support to MICE organizers and planners wishing to utilize these unique venues.

The support provided will include handling organizer inquiries, introducing event spaces and suggesting event plans, as well as assisting with coordination throughout the course of an event. TMG and TCVB aim to bring more MICE activities to Tokyo by further making the most of unique and charming venues in Tokyo.

Functions:
 ● Introduce designated unique venue facilities
 ● Propose event plans that can be carried out at the respective facilities
 ● Coordinate with the chosen facility and provide support for coordinating with appropriate administrative agencies when required for running events in these spaces
 ● Provide Information about venue operators, catering and other services tailored to the content of respective events
 ● Encourage organizers to use unique venues in Tokyo
