Tokyo is 5th globally, once again!
According to the latest Union of International Associations (UIA) statistics on international meetings held around the world in 2018, Tokyo has maintained its position to be ranked 5th in the category for meetings held by international associations. Three hundred and twenty five of Tokyo’s international congresses met the UIA ranking criteria.
Also, the ICCA Statistics Report announced in May that Tokyo, where one hundred and twenty three international meetings were held in 2018, has jumped up from being ranked 18th to 13th worldwide.
Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau will continue to promote information about Tokyo’s appeal and carry on working hard to make Tokyo the best-fit city for international conferences.
