Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB) is pleased to announce the release of the 2022-2023 edition of the Tokyo Meeting Planners Guide on March 3rd.

The 125-page guide provides all the essential information a meeting planner will need to create a customized plan for a perfect event in the fantastic city of Tokyo. The volume contains beautiful illustrations and photos as well as details on numerous event venues, hotels, and unique activity ideas. This new version focuses on sustainable initiatives and technological adaptation regarding business events as Tokyo looks towards the future.
The guide showcases an impressive collection of potential sites, including 21 convention venues, 38 hotels, and 26 event venues, providing for the needs of any event, big or small.
It also defines why Tokyo is an ideal location for business events, covering topics including the city's impressive proven safety record and Tokyo's amazing technology.
Finally, there is an introduction of a variety of unique, local activities to give your event the "Tokyo flavor." Whether you want your participants to experience the local traditional culture firsthand or contribute to sustainability, Tokyo offers choices to suit your needs. There is also a list of gift ideas and specialty products to enhance an unforgettable stay in the city.
