On February 14, 2025, Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB) held the Tokyo MICE Seminar under the theme "Promoting Digital Transformation in Business Events" at the Kanda Myojin Shrine, one of Tokyo's unique venues.

The business events industry is currently incorporating many new technological initiatives. Next-generation business events not only make attendance more convenient for participants but can protect the environment, promote diversity and decrease the burden on event organizers.

At the Seminar, 11 companies that appear in TCVB's "TOKYO MICE Technology Guidelines", published last year, introduced their technologies to participants.

Kanda Myojin Shrine was selected as the venue as it retains the atmosphere of Edo Tokyo and has excellent sound facilities. This blend of tradition and modernity made it an event truly unique to Tokyo.

Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau will continue to promote business events in Tokyo while encouraging interaction between related businesses.
