The five-day itinerary was curated to highlight Tokyo's rich cultural heritage alongside its cutting-edge modern appeal. By venturing beyond the city's most iconic landmarks, the program offered planners fresh perspectives and deeper insights into Tokyo's evolving potential as a premier business events destination.

Highlights included a visit to Mt. Takao, a beautiful retreat just an hour from central Tokyo, where participants took part in a centuries-old Goma fire ritual, immersing themselves in the spiritual depth of Japanese tradition.

In the charming Kagurazaka area, attendees explored streets that retain the charm of the Edo period and visited the Yarai Noh Theater to experience classical Japanese dance firsthand, demonstrating how historic venues can be seamlessly woven into event itineraries.

The group also explored Tokyo's most modern attractions. At the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter, they dined in a magical setting inspired by the beloved franchise. Later, at Shimbashi's Grand Hammer, a multi-floor entertainment complex, they enjoyed a dazzling geisha performance under neon lights, discovering the vibrant energy of Tokyo's nighttime tourism and how the new and old can come together seamlessly.
