	Autumn has arrived in Tokyo, bringing fantastic red and orange hues of color, especially to our city's beautiful Japanese-style gardens. Locals enjoy strolls in the city, admiring the exceptional scenic beauty of the everchanging shades of fall reflected in the trees.

	Tokyo's summer was highly productive. We are happy to inform you that Tokyo successfully welcomed many in-person delegates from around the world to several vibrant hybrid meetings, namely, CARS 2022, IIW 2022, and the 43rd IAEE International Conference. CARS 2022 President, Dr. Yoshihiro Muragaki commented, "We were delighted to welcome many more overseas delegates than expected to the in-person event, making for a memorable and lively congress with indispensable face-to-face networking opportunities."

	Make Your Event More Memorable and Unique

	The Business Events Team is thrilled to introduce "Tokyo's Special Offers for Corporate Meetings and Incentive Travel." The highlight is the lowered requirement for site visit support, which was reduced from 1,000 to 500 visitor nights. Tokyo's Special Programs for Corporate Events that come to our city now cover smaller-scale events starting from as little as 70 visitor nights.

AIED will be held at the Hitotsubashi Hall from July 3 to July 7, 2023, under the theme "AI in Education for a Sustainable Society." It is expected to attract 300 specialists from around the globe.
